Ravindran Govindan Chairman A serial entrepreneur running a private equity fund, I pride myself to have an eye to spot talents and a will to make every business I invest in flourish. I spend substantial time with the ThoughtBuzz team to help them in their strategic business planning. Using my strong worldwide business network, I help visualise and materialise the full potential of ThoughtBuzz. Outside work, I enjoy sharing my philosophical side to friends, sipping a few glasses of wine over a good book. Anshul Jain Social Media Maverick I am not your average CEO. I wear jeans; believe in flexibility and allowing both my team's and my own creativity to flow freely without any boundaries or barriers. I was born into the Internet era and have an insatiable technical knowledge and passion for social media, and this is what brought ThoughtBuzz to life. I am determined to build a company culture that will become a text book example of how an ideal company should be run. When I am not in office, I am usually watching movies, catching up with friends or spending some time alone in my zone. Hairul Ramli Technology Jedi As a Technology Jedi, I have undergone intense training since I was a kid. Now I'm able to mind control both humans and computers. Making sure the company's technology is well managed and operational is my game. I plan the overall architecture, IT strategy and explore possible technologies. Out of work, I try my best to stay away from computers (they're evil!). Instead, I laze around or chill out with my group of friends catching a game of football. Occasionally, I go out fishing, the thrill and excitement never fails to make my day. Joanna Tiffanie Tan Technology Disciple My job is all about constantly improving and maintaining the current features of the ThoughtBuzz system. This is to ensure that it is always working at its optimum. Five days a week you will find me glued to my laptop, ipod plugged in, music blaring, this is me, totally in my creative zone. On the few occasions when I am away from my computer, I enjoy watching movies and TV, window shopping and relaxing with a good book. Supriya Agarwal Information Ninja As a Social Media Analyst, I sift through mounds of data, scouring the information to determine the reason behind the results. This job requires a large amount of patience, an analytical mind and a passion for wanting to know 'why'. I can be reserved, but I warm up quickly once I know a person better. I am a Libran, unbiased and fair, good traits for someone in my line. I love losing myself in a good book and ensuring that my mind and body are always in peak condition. Sandhya Tolani Homer Relations A die heart Simpson’s fan that has equal love for donuts as much as Homer. A very chatty character with a blackberry glued on my hand at all times. As the PR for ThoughtBuzz, the job fits perfectly into my character as I love meeting people and knowing what’s going on where, why, what and how. Jonas de los Reyes Community Knight I'm the mild-mannered Country Manager of ThoughtBuzz for the Philippines. My not-so-secret identities include being a community manager, a social media strategist, a Superman fan and a coffee lover. I am very passionate in helping people build relationships and connecting them with their interests, brands and companies in unique ways through technology.   Tracy Kuok Executive Director With over a decade of experience in a Consumer Market Research agency, I ventured into my own consultancy business a few years ago and also started investing in potential businesses including ThoughtBuzz. As a mentor to the team, much time is spent on strategic thinking to ensure our product answers to industry needs and continues to be leading edge in this exciting space. Travelling is one of my main loves, especially places where the sun, the sea and white sandy beaches meet. A nice evening is typically spent by the beachfront watching waves and enjoying a couple of cocktails with my close ones. Ashok Patro Marketing Maven You will find me with my Blackberry in one hand and my trusty Dell laptop in the other. I am constantly on the go and handling the marketing and sales activities for ThoughtBuzz suits my personality to a T. I enjoy meeting people, exchanging ideas, brainstorming and basically helping them come up with a killer strategy. Outside office I enjoy a good read, travelling and exploring new cultures and cooking a mean curry whenever time permits! Shameer Thaha Social Media Strategist I like to explore the road less travelled and set new boundaries and horizons to achieve. I find strategizing the next move, to be exciting and challenging. There's always something unnerving about the status quo that makes my head rattle with ideas. My role at ThoughtBuzz is to help companies understand their position on the social media radar and suggest how to utilize the untapped potential of this medium through best of breed solutions and synergies between companies. I love reading, traveling, meeting people and am always multitasking or working on new ideas! Amita Vikram Business Development Diva I am currently immersed in the novel 'Imagining India' by Nandan Nilkeni and hope to be able to travel to every country on the map in my life time. I am a 'marketing' person at heart, and have worked in the advertising industry for seven years. I am a Business Consultant with ThoughtBuzz, and look after business development in the Northern region of India. I enjoy meeting people and helping them understand the power of Social Media. Travelling, reading and photography are three things that I am most passionate about. In fact, I even exhibited some of my photography work recently. I am currently immersed in the novel 'Imagining india' by Nandan Nilkeni and hope to be able to travel to every country on the map in my life time. Abang Edwin SA Social Media Scientist My lab involves my laptop, Ipad and of course my Blackberry! I love to watch and learn about the latest trendy topics on the internet. As the Country Manager for Indonesia this has helped me a lot. Some people call me a Social Media Scientist as I’m always glued on my laptop trying to acquire new information. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music and bits of photography on my free time. Vikram Bhardwaj Connection Idol As the Country Manager for India, I love wrapping my head around new media, brand management and strategy – a glass of wine would help, I love meeting new people and exchanging ideas, which has helped me, build a great relationship that goes much beyond work. I tend to immerse myself in travel, a bit of photography and reading up on gadgets on my free time.
